Casas de Suenos is one of the sweetest wedding venues in Old Town Albuquerque, New Mexico. As a collection of casitas all surrounding a lush garden with lots of cute nooks and crannies, Casas de Suenos is truly an oasis hidden away right off Old Town. Their ceremony spot sits on a lawn under a large tree and has an iconic arch. This setting can truly make any size wedding feel intimate. Then just across the street is their reception hall, made out of an old historic bank building. (They even embrace that fact by keeping the vault as a room for getting ready and/or a photo booth!) You can always walk across Central Avenue to get into Old Town Plaza for photos there, but with such a beautiful and unique venue there is no need for a second location!
This couple embraced bold red with subtle blue and white for their summer wedding colors. The red fits in with both of their heritages, the blue ties in with New Mexico flair, and the white is just classic wedding. They wanted their ceremony to feel intimate, and really embraced spending their time with all of their people. Their reception to follow was one of my favorites to ever experience. Both of them have musical backgrounds, and they and all of their loved ones love a good dance party! The highlight was their traditional “Dabke” family dance.
If you’re looking for a perfect venue to embrace New Mexico style, that is both large enough to host all your loved ones yet makes your day feel intimate, then this is it. Enjoy these photos from this Casas de Suenos wedding venue in Old Town Albuquerque!
