One of my favorite Santa Fe wedding venues is Bishop’s Lodge. I love a beautiful outdoor wedding venue in the mountains, and Bishop’s Lodge offers not only a stunning landscape but an iconic style that celebrates the culture of New Mexico.
Bishop’s Lodge sits on 1,700 acres of private property, giving you a plethora of beautiful photo locations and sweeping views of the surrounding Sangre de Cristo Mountains outside Santa Fe.
The photos you see here are from a stunning late summer wedding at Bishop’s Lodge. They kept classic and elegant details: large floral arrangements, and a beautiful watercolor image of Bishop’s Lodge featured on their menus and guest favors. With the groom in a classic black tux and the bride in an A-line wedding gown with a long veil, these two were picture perfect.
They had their ceremony at the historic chapel garden, which sits high on the property and offers amazing views.
We took their portraits around the historic chapel and garden ceremony site, before wandering down the hill to the sunflower garden.
The reception in the Hall followed, with a fun dance party led by a live band.
The possibilities for a lovely and super fun Santa Fe wedding at Bishop’s Lodge are endless!
